Botanical Oasis Guide

Hello!

Here is your house and check-in info:

Welcome To Botanical Oasis!

The property address is 404 South Main Street, Culpeper VA 22701.

Private parking and the entrance to the residence is located at the back of the building. You can drive through the public parking lot off Main Street or drive down the access road behind the 7/11 to get to the parking area. The front of the building on main street is one of our retail spaces.

Please use the supplied parking passes in the foyer when parking for more than 3 hours. Please return the parking passes to the entryway before you checkout. There is a $150 fee if a parking pass is lost or not returned to the foyer.

DO NOT PARK IN ANY SPOTS THAT SAY TOWN PARKING or TOWN VEHICLE or TOWN EMPLOYEE

These parking passes also allow unlimited parking in other town lots, see diagram below:

You are able to self check in after 4pm for normal check in time.

Your door code will be sent through the platform you booked through. (Airbnb, VRBO, Booking.com)

During the day, Tabatha is available for questions at (540) 229-7322. Eric is available in the evenings and can be reached at 540-717-7136 with any questions. (texts are okay too)

House Tips


Enter the residence from the back of the building. This code is just for you, please do not share it.

Please remove any muddy shoes or boots in the house. There is a boot tray for boots/shoes in the Foyer.

This home is my little getaway in Culpeper, please respect is as if it were your own.

Absolutely NO Smoking of any kind inside the house. If you must smoke, please discard butts in the large green trashcan outside.

Kitchen

Glasses, utensils, pots/pans and kitchenware are all available in the kitchen. Dishwasher pods are under the sink.

Fire extinguisher is located under the sink.

Feel free to use the spices, condiments and any food items in the kitchen.

Please use cutting boards and do not cut directly on the countertops.

Press the small gold button on the sink next to the faucet to turn the garbage disposal on/off.

Help yourself to the coffee next to the Keurig machine!

Living Room

The Roku TV has Sling TV, Netflix, HBO NOW, and Amazon Movies. Many other apps are available to sign in with your own accounts.

Bedrooms

The TVs have Roku systems built in. The Roku has Sling TV, Netflix, HBO NOW, and Amazon Movies. Many other apps are available to sign in with your own accounts.

Check-Out Procedure

Check-out is at 11am

Overall, please leave the house in the same condition you found it.

Please put all used dishes in the dishwasher and run it.

Send a message through Airbnb when you have left.

Please put all used sheets in the bathtub or down in the living room

All of the best boutiques, shops, restaurants, and breweries in Culpeper are within an easy walking distance of the house. Including Fulton Found at 205 East Davis Street and Botanical Dwellings at 105 East Davis Street. The owner, Tabatha, designed Botanical Oasis.
