If you book through a 3rd party OTA (Airbnb, Booking.com, VRBO) then your cancellation and payment policy will be the same as what is advertised on the OTA listing. It may vary between platforms based on the policies available.

Booking Policies – Let’s Go and Stay LLC - Direct Booking

We’re excited to host you! When booking directly through our platform, please keep these policies in mind:

Reservation Changes

  • Plans change, we get it. You can adjust your reservation dates up to 14 days before arrival with no problem.

  • Inside the 14-day window, we’ll do our best to accommodate change requests, but we can’t guarantee availability.

Cancellations

  • Need to cancel? A full refund is available if you cancel at least 14 days before your reservation.

  • If you cancel within 14 days and we’re able to rebook your dates, we’ll happily refund you. Your refund will match either the original reservation amount or the amount of the new booking — whichever is less.
