“Eric’s house and hospitality went above and beyond anything we could have expected. He made sure we felt comfortable and safe in his home. The house was clean and well cared for. If we needed anything, he responded and was extremely helpful! He also didn’t mind extending our stay an extra day when the weather made travel less than ideal. This home was perfect for our family of five, and it even included a pack n’play! This cut down on how much we had to pack. I would definitely recommend staying at one of Eric’s homes. He has proven that Southern hospitality exists. He has made hospitality a true art form. Bonus: The house has a record player and records. My daughters loved dancing to The Beatles and seeing a turntable work. Now they know what the box of records I have at home are for LOL.

Family spent the Christmas together in this wonderful home. Kitchen was amazing and spacious for us to cook and make all the food and desserts. Home was very clean and spacious. Eric the host was very prompt and very helpful with all our needs! Give this home a 5 star! I could keep on writing about how amazing this house is.

Look no further! Tabatha's little cabin is as sweet as can be and was everything we'd hoped for to celebrate our 15th wedding anniversary. It felt like we stepped into a Hallmark Christmas Movie the moment we opened the door. The most amazing place to unwind from the daily life with 4 kiddos...perfect to reconnect. Tabatha was AMAZING as host and ca't thank her enough for opening her home to us. We hated to close the door on our little getaway and look forward to many more visits to this Cozy Cabin.

“Beautiful and unique property.”
What a beautiful and unique property. Close enough to the highway that it’s not an inconvenience to find but far enough that you can forget that highways exist at all. The kitchen is beautiful and so fun to cook in; plenty of room for multiple people to be working on dishes. The bathtub is to die for. There are soft blankets and huge pillows everywhere; it’s so easy to lounge around and enjoy the peace. Tabatha was a wonderful and very responsive host. The one small issue we had (the power went out during high winds) while we stayed she resolved in ten minutes flat. She made great suggestions as to where to enjoy ourselves while we were in town. We would love to come back some time in the future

“Absolutely stunning!”
Walking into Tabatha’s cabin felt like entering a spread in “Country Living” magazine. Not a single detail was overlooked by our gracious host. Perched upon Virginia’s rolling hills, we awoke in the morning to a gorgeous view of the Blue Ridge Mountains, draped behind the cabin’s grazing neighbors. There was plenty to do and Tabatha provided great recommendations. She is so sweet almost immediately responded to any question I had from the beginning. We picked up some delicious food from historic Downtown Culpeper, endured a challenging hike (the view was totally worth it), and enjoyed festive homemade mulled wine at one of several nearby wineries. But when our getaway from the city drew to a close we realized we hadn’t spent nearly as much time as we would have liked simply stoking the wood burning fireplace, or hanging out on the porch in a stare down contest with the curious calves across the street. This cabin is centrally located in relation to countless activities, but I promise you wouldn’t find yourself bored even if you were snowed in for the weekend. We will most definitely be returning!
